It sounds difficult to find tasteful food to consume when loosing weight, but, it is not impossible. Especially, some fruits and vegetables are recommendable to be consumed in this context (e.g. Apples). Olives are good examples to consume especially with cheese, since, both are tasteful and healthy products. Lights meals may be prepared by a conbination of boiled eggs and olives for instance. Light dishes are the ones to be focused on. In terms of light foods, versions of salads may be suggested, especially with nuts or almonds.
